Tender description
The County Council of Durham are seeking bids for 6 of Local Bus Services and other Public Transport Services Contracts. The vehicles required for these contracts will need to be wheelchair accessible, unless stated in the specification. The contracts will operate on a cost-based agreement under which fares revenue belongs to Durham County Council. The contractor will be paid a fixed price per day. It is to be noted that Transfer of Undertakings WILL apply to route 3761. The anticipated start date is 28.1.2018 until 30.10.2021 with an option to extend for up to 1 x 12 months.
