The works involve: Reactive and cyclical maintenance and project work in the following disciplines: —Mechanical works —Electrical works —Water Hygiene —Fire alarms —Lift Maintenance —Air conditioning and ventilation —General building maintenance/services —Firefighting equipment —Automatic Doors and roller shutters. Cyclical and reactive mechanical maintenance and project works. Cyclical and reactive electrical maintenance and project work. Cyclical and reactive water hygiene maintenance and project work. Cyclical and reactive Fire Alarm maintenance and project works. Cyclical and reactive lift maintenance and project work. Cyclical and reactive air conditioning and ventilation maintenance and project work. Cyclical and reactive general building maintenance and project works. Cyclical and reactive firefighting equipment maintenance and project works. Cyclical and reactive maintenance for automatic doors and roller shutters and project works.
