Invitation to Tender for Boiler Refurbishment Works located at Dudley, Northfield and Willenhall Fire Stations

Tender description

The contracting authority has decided to withdraw this tender and not to award. The tender will be re-advertised within the next few months, under a new Tender reference. The Services Contractor shall supply, install, test and commission the installations as detailed on the tender drawings and specifications. The contractor should employ skilled personnel and specialist contractors as necessary to achieve the standards described. The mechanical services shall include the following: - 1) Strip out and enabling works. 2) Gas Installation. 3) LTHW Heating Installation. 4) Building Management and Controls systems. 5) Thermal Insulation. 6) Testing and Commissioning. All design drawings and design calculations should be submitted for comments. All plant shall be installed such that it complies with CDM and Health and Safety guidance on access and good maintenance. The works will take place at the following locations: Dudley Fire Station Burton Road, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 3BZ Northfield Fire Station South Road, Northfield, Birmingham, B31 2RB Willenhall Fire Station Clarkes Lane Willenhall, West Midlands, WV13 1HT
