Redecoration to External and Communal Areas and Associated Works to Colchester Borough Council Housing Stock in the Borough of Colchester, Essex There will be a single term contract for cyclical redecorations to homes in the ownership of Colchester Borough Council and managed by Colchester Borough Homes, comprising internal and external redecoration, associated repairs to building fabric, and renewal of soffits, fascias, gutters and downpipes. The Contract will be for a four-year period, with the opportunity to extend for up to two years based upon performance. The overall contract value excluding VAT is approximately £1,600,000.00.
