Tender description

This Framework Agreement will be awarded to Multiple Suppliers. The work can be summarised as follows: Fife Council intends to set up a Framework Agreement for the Design, Installation, Commissioning, Testing & Maintenance (over Defects Period) of Fire Suppression Systems within Domestic & Residential and Commercial & Industrial properties. Designs and works may be within new or existing properties. Designs and works may be within new or existing properties. The main aim of the Framework Contract is to identify suitable Contractors, who can deliver a high-quality service. The Framework Contract will allow quick appointments to be made by directly selecting a Contractor without the need for a competitive tendering process for individual projects. The framework will include an element of design but this will be restricted to specialist work packages where the contractor can carry out the design.
