General Building Framework up to 250 000. The Council's intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement with 5 Provider/s, unless fewer than this number of tenders are received. The City and County of Swansea (‘the Council’) invites Tenders for the purpose of establishing a Framework Agreement for certain Works (‘the Works’), more particularly described in the Specification. The Council's intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement with 5 Provider/s for Lot 1, 7 Providers for Lot 2 and 10 Providers for Lot 3. The framework is split into 3 lots: Lot 1 0 — 5 000, Lot 2 5 001 to 75 000, Lot 3 75 000 up. Mechanical Works.
