Tender description
South Gloucestershire Council is a Unitary Authority in the South West of England serving a population of around 267,000. The Council’s Corporate Contact Centre (CCC) is based within the Customer Services Section, which is often described as the customer face of the council, receiving almost half a million enquiries per annum. It plays a crucial role in influencing the perception customers have of the council. This procurement is for the replacement of a Contact Centre solution. Whilst the CCC will be the primary/main user it will also be used by smaller customer contact teams in other departments, including an internal IT service desk. Keywords: software
