Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice and as such the procurement process has now ended. The Research, Appraisal and Support Framework consists of three closely aligned areas — Finance and Technical Support; Project Development, Appraisal, Delivery & Review and Research. This particular Notice relates to Lot 1 Finance and Technical Support. The Framework has been awarded for 3 years with an optional 1 year extension. It is estimated that the total value of the services for this Lot over the maximum duration of 4 years will be between 900 000 GBP and 933 000 GBP excluding VAT. This is the figure which has been used in II.1.7, II.2.4 & V.2.4. This is based on an estimated annual value of between 230 000 GBP and 233 000 GBP excluding VAT. These services will be required from October 2017 for a period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement, with HIE having the option to extend for a further one year period. The contract has been awarded under a multi supplier Framework basis. 3 suppliers have been appointed to this Lot. The total estimated value of the Finance and Technical Support framework, including any possible extensions, is 933 000 GBP
