Tender description

Contract for the provision of pumping out and cleaning of lift pits to residential lifts Boroughwide for 5 years with the option to extend for a period or periods of up to 2 years. The services relates to attending to emergency lift flooding, removing drug paraphernalia, cleaning and disinfecting of the lift machine room, pit area and shaft, cleaning and disinfecting the area where pigeon droppings and vermin have been found and painting moving parts on a number of residential lifts in the Council's housing portfolio on an ad-hoc basis. Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent suppliers for the provision of pumping out and cleaning services to residential lifts borough-wide. The estimated total contract value is 154 000 GBP. The contract will commence on 1.3.2018 and will be awarded for 5 years, with the option to extend for a period or periods of up to 2 years by mutual consent.
