Temporary Accomodation Modular Home Provision

Tender description

The Council intends to tender (possibly by means of Competitive Dialogue with Negotiation) for a contract to provide Temporary Accommodation Modular Home provision. As the Council does not currently own or manage housing stock it is proposed to seek a housing provider partner currently providing modular units to undertake the full range of services including assembly, management and dismantling at the end of the term, to meet the Councils statutory rehousing duties in relation to homeless families, As such, this PIN does not formally signify the beginning of a procurement process and does not constitute commitment to undertake a procurement exercise. In the event that the London Borough of Bromley decides to commence formally procurement pursuant to this PIN a separate OJEU Contract Notice will be issued. If the Council proceeds with this procurement, it is likely the Contract Notice will be posted in January 2018 or at such time as directed by the Council.
