Tender description
To provide First Level Services - help desk and ticketing service Second Level services - on-site technical support Third level service- remote and onside infrastructure support. Responsible for managing the relationship with any third parties and overseeing the SLA's that are currently in place. Interact with third parties in order to resolve issues. These services will b required from Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm, during school terms and at other locations as directed during the whole year.
