Supply of Premium Ice Cream

Tender description

Canterbury City Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of Premium Tub Ice Cream at Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements. The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Specification at APPENDIX A. It should be noted that by submitting a quotation, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements. Suppliers are asked to deliver samples of each of the 5 flavours detailed in Appendix B - Pricing Schedule between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on 23 October 2017 to be delivered to the Stage door at the Marlowe Theatre (clearly marked with the name of the supplier). The Contract is anticipated to commence in December 2017 and will continue for a period of  2 years unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
