Tender description

Following the States of Guernsey debate in February 2017 on the implementation of the waste strategy, (Ref. Billet d’Etat V 2017), the States Trading Supervisory Board (‘the States’) is introducing a ‘pay-as-you-throw’ charging mechanism for residual household waste to incentivise recycling. Part of this charging mechanism will involve householders purchasing stickers to place on each refuse bag they set out. The stickers will be sold through local retail outlets. This tender relates only to the production of the residual household waste bag stickers; artwork will be supplied by the States of Guernsey for all printed requirements.
