Sandwell MBC are currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of surveyors to provide a valuation and negotiation service in connection with the proposed disposal of two parcels of land currently in council ownership to the adjoining Madinatul Uloom Al Islamiya (MUAI) mosque.
