Cumbria County Council would like to hear from organisations willing to share information about their approach to the provision of a Rostering and Payroll System to include being able to send rotas out using a smartphone application that runs on an Android operating system at a minimum of version 7, to enable the Reablement Service to: — Gauge the likely level of interest in the project from the market; — Better understand what solutions and services are available in the market; — Explore how the options could be supplied; — Consider the likely costs; and — Determine the most effective way of packaging and scoping its requirements for any future procurement opportunity. Some key areas required are: — Roster work within allocated shifts, — To be able to auto allocate calls each week, — Run payroll reports to identify staff who have worked over time outside of the allocated shift, — To be able to identify capacity for new calls by running a report, — Performance reporting, — To send rotas out via an application that runs on an android operating system, — Rota application to also provide lone working monitoring, — Support staff to be able to submit their mileage via the application, — 7 day support, — Payroll element of the system to link in with the Council's main payroll system, Trent. Deadline for responses are 11:00 on Tuesday 31.10.2017, responses are to be emailed direct to Susan.Renucci@cumbria.gov.uk The Council anticipates that any contract resulting from subsequent tendering could be for an initial period of 3 years, with options to extend up to a maximum term of 5 years. However, this will be determined following Soft Market Testing.
