Cornwall Council - Construction Framework Minor Works

Tender description

Cornwall Council is seeking to appoint contractors to a Construction Framework for Minor Works. The framework will be let for a period of four (4) years and will consist of a single multi-supplier lot consisting of up to 6 contractors who shall be required to undertake construction works and associated services up to a value of £2m within the county of Cornwall and Plymouth. The works will consist of building and construction works including new build, extensions and refurbishments. Call offs under the framework will be on the basis of a mini competition between the contractors, or direct award on a basis as set out in the procurement documentation. The procurement will take the form of an open procedure requiring contractors to submit tenders assessed on the basis of quality and commercial (price) criteria.
