Tender description
Car park building construction work. It is the intention of Chesterfield Borough Council to award a single stage design and build contract for an up to 529 space multi storey car park. The successful contractor will have a successful track record of meeting client requirements for multi storey car parks through the design and build approach. Contractors will be responsible for the achievement of planning and statutory consents and undertaking all required surveys. The project is the design and build of a new multi storey car park in Chesterfield Town Centre, to be known as the Saltergate Multi Storey Car Park.
