Tender description

TEO aim to appoint a Contractor to assist them in delivering Action B4 of the EAP on Tackling Paramilitary Activity, Criminality and Organised. The Project is split into 2 phases with the 1st phase involving the development of 8 costed Transition Plans. Under this phase of work, the Strategic Partner will be required to undertake a comprehensive co-design and stakeholder engagement process in 8 geographically identified areas and develop an associated transition plan for each of the 8 areas. The transition plans will set out the priority issues underpinning the continued influence and coercive control of para-militarism in each area, along with costed proposals on interventions to address these issues and delivery time-scales. The 2nd phase of the project will be the implementation stage including the requisite oversight, co-ordination, monitoring and reporting on progress.
