Birmingham Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSMHFT) will be seeking to engage with an external partner to guide the development and implementation of a large scale Quality Improvement Change Programme, organisation wide, designed and delivered with a proven evidence based methodology. The successful provider will support and drive organisational change; advising on structure and role design to meet future strategic and functional needs of BSMHFT. Developing performance management systems and cultures that will support the development of the organisation, teams and individual learning performance. By initially acting as teachers, subsequently as coaches and mentors to Trust staff at all levels.
