Maryhill Housing Association wishes to engage a suitable contractor to carry out Cleaning of Common Closes, Stairwells and Bin Store Areas throughout its housing stock. Scope of Works include: — Weekly cleaning of full Common Close Stairwells/ Entrances including close entrance doors and common area windows. — Weekly cleaning of Bin Store Areas. — Monthly deep cleaning of Common Close Stairwells/ Entrances. — Weekly cleaning of Common Deck Access Walkways and Ramps. — Weekly Bin Porter Service. — Six Monthly Cleaning of Bins. — Weekly Bulk Removal Service. — Ad Hoc Cleaning Works including removal of graffiti. Term Contract for the provision of Cleaning Services to Common Closes, Stairwells and Bin Store Areas 2017 — 2020.
