Where and more importantly when do I submit my shortlisting evidence? HEE has set up an email address (DOSprocurement@nhs.net) for supplier evidence. Bidders are required to apply to the DOS Portal in the usual way and also to send to the HEE team, by the closing date of this application (23:59 on 7 February) their shortlisting evidence to DOSprocurement@nhs.net. Later responses will not be considered. 2. Does the evidence have to be in any specific format? Provide the evidence in CV style, no more than 3 or 4 pages, as PDF with a fixed format title “Role: Full Stack Dev - supplier’s name – individual’s name” Responses in any other form will not be considered. The CV must evidence the skills, experience and cultural criteria. Applications not to this format will not be considered. The email subject title should also have the "“Role: "Full Stack Dev" - supplier’s name – individual’s name” format. All responses should be 'self contained'. 3. Can bidders provide attachments or links within a CV? No, any responses should be 'self contained'. Please do not include any 'embedded' or 'attached' objects within the CV. They will not be opened or evaluated. 4. We have received questions asking us to confirm the email box address for CVs. The mailbox "DOSprocurement@nhs.net" returns "Address not found" responses. hee.dosprocurement@nhs.net This is the correct email box address for CVs. The group email box that we requested can be accessed at the above address. The original formatting we envisaged did not work. Please use all lower case characters as above. We have tested the hee.dosprocurement@nhs.net address from a number of email domains without further failures. Thank you for detecting and reporting this issue so early in the process. 5. We have received questions asking for the maximum day rate and budget details. We decided not to set a maximum day rate or disclose our budget constraints. We seek excellent value for money and affordability. 6. As part of the cultural fit criteria you ask for "Show appreciation of NHS Mission and Aims". Does this mean, that whilst we might get through the first "tick box" assessment stage, if our consultant hasn't had experience of working within the NHS, that they are not going to be considered? Cultural fit criteria contribute to the evaluation scoring, they are not ‘essential’ criteria 7. Was there any security clearance requirement for these 4 new postings at all? No 8. How can we see a recording of the Q and A session held on 26 January? A link to the WebEx recording has been placed on the Sharepoint instance to which a link is provided in the Question and Answer session details posted on the suppliers' portal. 9. In case of consultants from outside London, who will move to London for the period of the project, should the rate include all the costs or should the accommodation / travel costs be explicitly given? We require your all-inclusive day rate with your application. Re-imbursement of travel, expenses and subsistence for any meetings required by HEE outside London (if any) will be made in line with the corporate policy. A copy of HEE's Travel, Expenses and Subsistence is available on the sharepoint instance provided with the Question and Answer session details on the suppliers' portal. HEE will not pay separately for any specialist's expenses associated with travelling to, or staying in, London. 10. Are we able to submit more than one CV for this role? We are content for you to submit more than one CV. We are contracting for one specialist and we have described how we will assess each bid.
