Tender description

Warwickshire County Council, acting as lead authority for the Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire (CSW) Superfast Broadband Project, intends to commence an Open procurement procedure to extend its next generation access (NGA) infrastructure. The objective of the project is to raise the Superfast Broadband coverage within the Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire region to 95 % to meet national requirements and surpass this level. The contract will be dependant on Funds from the European Regional Development Fund, BDUK via the Department and Culture, Media and Sport and the relevant Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) operating on a gap-funding basis.
