Tender description
The Royal Wolverhampton is looking to purchase a 2nd hand ambulance, to be delivered before the end of March. Our current ambulances are used to move patients around the Trust site. We are flexible regarding the vehicle type and specification, the main requirements are: • Capable of locking down wheelchairs • Capable of carrying a stretcher (should also be included) • Oxygen points in the back • Ramp/lift to gain access - • Side door with step for walking passengers • Does not have a bulk head so it can be operated easily by a single man crew • Preferably not a tail lift for access in to the back a ramp would be preferred • Delivery to Trust site (WV10 0QP) by supplier before 31st March 2017 Keywords: ambulance, vehicle, NHS, patient transport
