Portsmouth City Council is inviting submissions/quotes from selected qualified consultancies with a view to their immediate appointment to undertake the production of a Portsmouth Street Markets Strategy from 2017-22 including a deliverable action plan to guide the Council's approach to street markets over the next 5 years. The maximum budget available for this is £10,000. The successful bidder must be able to deliver a completed strategy and action plan by 1st of March 2017.
