Tender description

The Ebury estate has been targeted for regeneration; we therefore require our chosen community engagement partner to assist us in developing a community engagement strategy and deliverables rooted in a move away from transactional relationships between the Council and residents (and other local stakeholders) towards more transformational approaches, where expectations are managed more effectively with increased transparency. Use of analytics and local intelligence is required to tailor our engagement plans. We also wish our partner to develop value added services as part of our engagement approach. We intend to develop a programme of activities that will move us closer towards achieving our stated aims. Together with our chosen partner WCC will develop a set of robust measurement tools; contract monitoring framework for all contracts and projects directly commissioned and delivered by the regeneration team along with a set of indicators to evaluate progress and change. We require the services of a proven Community Engagement Partner to help to develop and deliver viable community engagement activities and monitoring in the context of a local regeneration scheme.
