Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to demolish the Cory Depot and construct a new area of car park at Elm Road Car Park. The works will include Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest. The quotations will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 70% for price and 30% for quality. Please submit your request to quotation no later than 12 noon on 30th January 2017. We anticipate the quotations will be available on 25th January 2017 with a return date of 10th February 2017.
