Tender description
Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to demolish the Cory Depot and construct a new area of car park at Elm Road Car Park. The works will include Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest. The quotations will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 70% for price and 30% for quality. Please submit your request to quotation no later than 12 noon on 30th January 2017. We anticipate the quotations will be available via the portal on 25th January 2017 with a return date of 10th February 2017. The proposed commencement date of this project is 20th February 2017 and we anticipate a four week programme of works. Keywords: construction
