Tender description

The Provision of a Domestic Pest Control Service to Bridgend County Borough Council (Bridgend CBC). The control of Pests of a Public Health significance is a primary role of the Public Protection Department. Controlling and eradicating pests reduces the likelihood of infectious disease in the community and contributes to the health and well-being of residents and visitors to the County Borough of Bridgend. As a part of its statutory duty to endeavour to keep its district free from rats and mice, and to minimise any Public Health nuisance or risks associated with Domestic Pests, the Council wishes to provide a service for the control of certain pests in domestic property throughout the Borough. Bridgend County Borough Council would like to invite tenders to provide a Domestic Pest Control Service within the County Borough of Bridgend.
