Tender description
Leeds City Council invites you to submit a competitive tender for Leeds Building Service Sub-Contractor Contracts – Phase 4. BRICKWORK. Leeds Building Services is the internal service provider (ISP) of Housing Leeds. It is responsible to the repair and maintenance of approximately 19,000 of Housing Leeds housing stock, within the East North East area of the city as well as the Council’s Civic Estate and other assets across the City. The services required are for bricklaying works and successful contractors will be effectively ‘subcontracting’ to the ISP – Leeds Building Services, in order to compliment operational resources to meet service demand peaks and / or specialist requirements.
