Tender description

Provision of an ICT managed service for Garth Hill College and Sandy Lane Primary School. Both schools are located within a few hundred meters of each other in Bracknell, Berkshire. The ICT managed service is to provide onsite support, technical support, system monitoring, change management and service management for an initial period of 3 years with a possibility to extend the contract for 2 further periods of 12 months each. Technical support is expected to consist of both qualified and skilled operatives on site as well as via a remote helpdesk. TUPE is expected to apply and the relevant information has been provided within the tender documentation. A third school in Bracknell has expressed the potential to join the Managed Service Contract during it's duration of operation. The school is a primary school with 420 students and around 50 staff. Full information about this school's requirements will be provided at a later date should the school wish to join the awarded contract.
