Tender description

To manufacture/supply the log cabin "shell" offsite as per the concept design and deliver as a kit of parts. Please see attached the proposed concept design of the welfare relief facility, both a floor plan and 3D visualisation. The proposed welfare relief unit is to provide the following rooms (not including fixtures and fittings) in a log cabin form: - 1x Male and Female WC wet room (Public usage) (1.6 sq.m) - 1x Male and Female WC (Staff usage) (2.6 sq.m) - 1x Urinal and sink wet room (Public usage) (1.5 sq.m) - 1x DDA compliant shower and WC wet room (Public usage) (6.8 sq.m) - 1x Relief Room (Staff usage) (8.4 sq.m) Log Cabin Dimensions: 8.16m x 3.35m
