Tender description

Design, support, maintain and deliver the application, on a hosted / cloud risk management based solution across our business. Risk Management System to consolidate risk and internal control self assessment, control effectiveness and validation from Group, Gas Networks, Irish Water, Major Projects and Shared Services. The purpose of this application is to provide the following oversight and assurance capability to Ervia and its subsidiaries: 1. An automated solution providing an assurance map over the Three Lines of Defence — a consistent approach allowing systemic risk and control assessment, oversight and analysis by category or function — simplified metrics and dashboards aligned to objectives, performance goals and risk appetite. 2. Automated audit planning, issues tracking aligned to risk, control and process. 3. Scalability — Integration with other applications in use (data import/export) and the capability to automate other governance and business processes.
