The Cabinet Office has awarded a contract for the provision of consultancy for commercial capability programme support. The deliverables under this contract shall include: Transition engagement and communications: • Agree engagement events and activities with departments in line with the plan • Deliver engagement and consultation events in line with plan • Update and Issue welcome letters • Issue induction pack Transition Management • Kick off transition Governance • Confirm mandate to transfer through checklist and go/no-go management Activities and Budget • Support the agreement of the MOU and Budget with Department Facilities and IT • Confirm IT and facilities requirements • Complete data requests in relation to IT and facilities • Provision IT, access, accounts as required People, Pay and Pensions • Help resolve outstanding HR issues, in support of HR SPOCS • Confirm data elements of transferring population, including names, roles, Ts and Cs implications • Brief As and Bs as part of engagement • Complete Ts and Cs option analysis • Support transfer of personnel data to SSCL • Payroll test and Run Manage transition communications products • Kick-off pack • Roadshow briefing materials • Submissions for Perm Sec letters • Exemplar welcome letters • GCO induction pack Complete induction checklist.
