LMC would propose securing a contract with a contractor/s to print and distribute the LMC Market Information Quarterly four times per annum over a period of three years with the scope to extend the contract for two additional one year periods subject to agreement by both parties. In addition to this LMC would propose securing a contract with a contractor/s to design, print and distribute the FQAS Newsletter and cover letter and other ad hoc documents. as and when required. twice per annum over a period of three years with the scope to extend the contract for two additional one year periods subject to agreement by both parties. Other documents may be included from time to time depending on what information LMC need to communicate. Quotes will be obtained in advance before any work is agreed.
