Tender description
Provision of services to undertake an experiment designed to assess how the presentation of foreign exchange charges impacts individuals' ability to pick the best deal. This experiment consists of a short simulation of the decision consumers face when making a foreign exchange transaction. The test will hold 5 interventions looking at different ways to display charges and how this impacts consumer behaviour. Each intervention will have at 250 participants. Following the experiment, the behavioural insights unit will produce a short report and analysis of the experiment.
