Lot 1- Insulation and refrigerating van modifications Supply of insulation and refrigerating modifications in accordance with the Companies specifications (see Appendices) to free issue vehicles. The Applicant will be required to comply with the following: — To provide any warranty repairs which should cover the Company's geographical area; — Vehicle modifications must comply with all current and pending EU and UK vehicle legislation relating to the construction, sale and use of motor vehicles including but not limited to: — Road Traffic Act; — Transport Act; — Road Vehicles Construction and Use Regulations; — Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations; — Health and Safety at Work Act; — UK and European Type Approval.
