Tender description

A fully managed, professionally implemented touring roadshow vehicle solution for the HEPP SY+ partnership, to enable schools and colleges in the Sheffield City Region to engage with higher education. The supplier will manage the logistics of moving the vehicle and support the University's staff in managing and delivering the service. The vehicle is to be used to deliver educational activity, to engage students. The vehicle will visit schools and colleges and be used to host group sessions, to attract young people into higher education within and around the South Yorkshire region. This contract is a service, ensuring the vehicle is delivered to each location, on time, in an excellent condition, set up to deliver educational interactive activities. Sheffield Hallam University coordinated a tender process in their role as lead partner within a collaborative partnership of universities, colleges and schools within the Sheffield Region — named HEPPSY.
