Tender description
This procurement is for a Housing Management System to replace Cambridge City Council's and South Cambridgeshire District Council's (hereafter known as \"The Councils\") existing Housing Management Computer System. The Councils are looking for a commercial off the shelf solution (COTS) and not a bespoke computer system. We are undertaking competition with negotiation for this project.
