Provision of Technical Report Writing Services

Tender description

The Authority is seeking a service provider for the provision of technical document preparation services and editing services related to technical documentation. The core requirement is the provision of technical content writing services to a high standard of clarity and accuracy and in line with published corporate style guides. Although some materials may be initiated by the Authority with the service provider being asked to edit and proof-read, the service provider will be required to develop other content in full. The successful tenderer will be expected to assist in research, identification of relevant reference materials and liaising directly with third parties if required. The services to be provided under this contract will include: 1. Researching, drafting, updating and/or editing materials related to the “Official Manual for Operating in the SPSV Industry”; 2. Researching, drafting, updating and/or editing materials related to the Area Knowledge tests and Industry Knowledge tests in the area of small public service vehicle and driver licensing; 3. Researching, drafting, updating and/or editing guidance materials and best practice materials related to the area of small public service vehicle and driver licensing; 4. Researching, drafting, updating and/or editing communications materials related to the area of small public service vehicle and driver licensing, including website content; and 5. Researching, drafting, updating and/or editing technical documentation, guidance documents, corporate documentation, communications materials, website content and similar items in areas of the Authority’s operations other than small public service vehicle and driver licensing.
