Tender description

The ODPCVC (Office of the Durham Police, Crime and Victims Commissioner) wish to tender for the Provision of Smaller Deli type - Nil Subsidy Catering Services. This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is provided by the ODPCVC to interested parties who wish to tender for the opportunity to enter into an agreement with ODPCVC to provide a Nil Subsidy Catering Service to the ODPCVC as per this document and all attachments to it (the "Contract"). The contract will run for 2 years from 1st April 2018 - 31st March 2020 with an option to continue for a further 2 x 12 months extensions The bid will be evaluated in terms of the Most Economically Advantageous Submission.
