Preventative maintenance (PM) contract (complete support plan) by Bio-Rad to ensure the continued upkeep and successful operation of the units. The units are used to quantify specific antibody concentrations in patients and clinical trial subjects against a large number of different targets including pneumococcal, haemophilus, diphtheria and tetanus.
