Tender description
Interim Expansion of Direct Assessment Unit comprising re-modelling of existing clinical accommodation to create additional bed spaces for patients. Works to be phased to facilitate Client's bed requirements for winter pressures. The works will be undertaken in 2 to 3 construction phases, and will involve a temporary suspension of works of approximately 3 months within the overall contract period.
