Future Workplace - Discovery

Tender description

The supplier will complete Discovery activity for the Department for Education's Future Workplace Programme (FWP); a transformative, behavioural and cultural change programme focussed on the improving the way the department's staff use and feel about their digital tools, physical space and knowledge to drive collaboration, flexibility, autonomy and greater effectiveness. Discovery activity will include: A series of stakeholder interviews using a standard set of discovery questions to guide future strategy. Change Assessment - organisational appetite for change and change maturity level Senior engagement - engagement and briefing with senior leaders; gaining buy-in and long term commitment to advocating change Scenario development - specific to real DfE working practices Roles/Persona profiling - specific to real DfE work Determine requirements, benefits and performance measures Review DfE policies/practices that could be adapted to help drive successful behavioural changes
