Network Rail Property is seeking a media owner (or similar/ equivalent organisation) to operate, maintain, manage and sell advertising space on the Network Rail estate, for its Rail Advertising Estate under a Concession Agreement. Network Rail Property is seeking a media owner (or similar/ equivalent organisation) to operate, maintain, manage and sell advertising space on the Network Rail estate, under a Concession Agreement. This provision will include maintenance, repair, renewal and innovation of assets for the life of the contract. The agreement supports generation of income for the Property Retail team as part of their Retail Property Strategy. A Concession Contract requires to be tendered to achieve: a) maximum possible revenue; b) improve the quality of rail advertising at Network Rail's managed stations; c) improve and enhance the customer experience at Network Rail's managed stations; d) drive longer term revenue opportunities across the term of the agreement.
