See http://www.gov.scot/Publications/2016/03/6556/downloads This is notification of a future tender opportunity. — The future procurement competition is for the Provision of a transformational, elearning hosted and classroom based training course design to support delivery of Scottish Housing Options in the form of a training tool-kit. see http://www.gov.scot/Publications/2016/03/6556/downloads — A unified transformational, bespoke design is essential, based on a number of original assembled materials from sources across Scotland. The Provider must utilise a number of highly effective learning techniques e.g. Video, role-play, gamification, Q&A quiz, discussion board, blog etc., to enthuse and energise. — The cloud based LMS (Learning Management system) will be flexibly used across Scotland to support training delivery of the 6 modular programmes that make up the tool-kit. A high quality environment is required to allow flexible learning on a number of different devices. Visibility of the learning journey, quality assurance and performance monitoring features are key. — Tool-kit users will include, but not be limited, to all Scottish Local Authorities and 1 major Housing Association in Scotland.
