SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT LISTS FOR CARRIGTWOHILL COMMUNITY COLLEGE, CARRIGTWOHILL, CO. CORK

Tender description

At this time, Cork ETB is seeking tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of DES Equipment Lists for Carrigtwohill Community College, a new post primary school opening in September 2016 in temporary accommodation at Unit A2, Fota Business and Retail Park, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork. The school is being equipped for 300 students for the next three years, after which time it will move to a new building which will be constructed over the next few years. The tender is divided into the following lots:  Lot 1: Art and Craft Equipment  Lot 2: Home Economics Equipment  Lot 3: Science Basic Lab Equipment  Lot 4: Science Resource Equipment  Lot 5: Music and Drama Equipment  Lot 6: Engineering A Equipment  Lot 7: Engineering B Equipment  Lot 8: Construction Studies A Equipment  Lot 9: Construction Studies B Equipment  Lot 10: Machining Equipment  Lot 11: Multimedia Equipment  Lot 12: Technical Graphics  Lot 13: Learning Support Equipment  Lot 14: Administration Equipment  Lot 15: Cleaning Equipment  Lot 16: Kitchenette Equipment  Lot 17: First Aid Equipment  Lot 18: Audio Visual Equipment  Lot 19: Additional Machining Equipment  Lot 20: Additional Engineering B Equipment Please use the Equipment lists uploaded with this tender when completing your tender submission as there may be variations to quantities and items required which would be different from the standard DES listing. All packaging must be removed from the school premises and disposed of by the successful tenderer(s). All equipment should be available for delivery and installation the week commencing Tuesday 2nd August, 2016. Tenders must be delivered to the following postal address: CORK EDUCATION AND TRAINING BOARD, 21 LAVITT’S QUAY, CORK, IRELAND Tenders must be received not later than 12 noon on Friday 3rd June, 2016. Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this competition.
