Durham County Council and Durham University Energy Institute have applied for funding from The European Regional Development Fund to fund the delivery of a solid wall insulation (SWI) innovation project in domestic properties in fuel poor communities across Durham. To support this, we would like to gain information from potential suppliers / providers, and the broader market, regarding a number of issues/ ideas related to the potential tender exercise.
