Leicester City Council Inward Investment service wishes to invite quotations to procure a suitably qualified consultancy organisation to develop an India strategy and implement the programme to attract Indian businesses, investment and encourage trade activity to the area. Therefore, Leicester City Council would like to work with a consultancy firm who has a proven track record of developing and implementing India related trade and investment strategies with other city councils in the UK with a similar diverse population.
