Tender description

Dacorum Borough Council is tendering it's Leisure Management Services due to commence on 1 April 2018. The contract period is for an inital 10 year period with an option to extend for a further five years. The Leisure Management Services portfolio consists of six facilities (full details are given in the tender documents.) As well as management of this service, the Council will require the Leisure services provider to deliver sports development and community outreach outcomes through a combination of activity programming and outreach work that involves working with users, local clubs, Dacorum Sports Network, Herts Sports Partnership, Public Health and key sporting bodies The Council considers that TUPE is likely to apply in respect of employees currently engaged by the existing provider in the provision of the Services. Please note that Minimum Requirements will apply to organsiations wishing to tender for this service and only organisations who have passed all the minimum requirements will have their tender evaluated. Where tenderers Fail any of the minimum criteria then its tender will be rejected and not scored.
