Tender description
The Council is looking for the provision of small format Out of Home Advertising within Bradford city centre and is looking a suitably experienced operator to develop, design, install, manage and maintain the new small format Out of Home Advertising Programme for a 15 year term under a licence agreement with the Council. The Council is using a Competitive Dialogue procedure so the date shown for tender submissions relates to the final part of this process and there will be submission stages prior to this end date.
